Why do you do Premiere ads on realestate.com.au instead of the cheaper Standard ads?

There are four tiers on realestate.com.au (http://realestate.com.au)- Premiere, Highlight, Feature and Standard. Premiere ads start at the very top of page 1 for your location, and recycle back to the top every 15 days until sold. They are always on top of the other levels. 
Premieres attract many more views than the other levels and because of the increased buyer competition usually sell faster and for a better price.
Perceptions also matter when it comes to negotiations - a small cheap ad for a high value property is not a good starting point.

Do I need to pay for the advertising upfront?

Yes, with private sales advertised onrealestate.com.au (http://onrealestate.com.au) and domain.com.au (http://domain.com.au)we require payment via bank transfer or card, or you can choose to pay over time using Afterpay or Paypal pay in four.
You can however choose to pay nothing upfront and defer payment until sold for up to 6 months via our funding partner should you choose to list with our sister site - www.harmony1percent.com.au (http://www.harmony1percent.com.au)Harmony 1% offers eperienced agent service including skilled buyer screening and negotiation for just 1% flat fee based on the initial listed price.

Most of our competitors have a Standard Subscription with realestate.com.au (http://realestate.com.au)which makes upgrades more expensive and time limited. Ours have no such limits and run until you advise you have sold or choose to withdraw from sale

Your Standard ads are cheaper on realestate.com.au than the other private sale sites. Why do you only have limited number available?

Our Premiere subscription with realestate.com.au (http://realestate.com.au)allows for only a small number of Standard ads per quarter. Once these are gone we have to wait for the next quarter to be able to offer more. 
We don't recommend Standard ads however due to the fact that Premiere ads yield much better results. Saving a thousand or two dollars here may cost a lot more in the long run.

No sorry, once we upload to REA and Domain we are committed to the cost and can't get a refund. However there is a buyer for every property and yours will sell if the three P's are right - Price, Promotion and Presentation. 
We can help with advice on Pricing, and Promotion with a Premiere ad on realestate.com.au (http://realestate.com.au)is the best exposure you can get. We can't help with Presentation for private sellers of course, but if you were to list with harmony1percent.com.au (http://harmony1percent.com.au)we can in most cases arrange funds for a big range of pre-sale improvements to present your property at it's best, as well as the cost of the best advertising.

Absolutely, with a good heading and description, and (preferably) professional photography, your ad will display along with the best of the agent ads.

Floorplans are not a requirement but can certainly help with buyer engagement. A professional photographer will usually prepare one for an extra fee, or you could send us a sketch plan and we can have a professional 2d colour plan prepared. You can order this when submitting your ad.

The Premiere ad on realestate.com.au (http://realestate.com.au)is until sold and recycles back to number 1 spot every 15 days. The Feature ad on domain.com.au (http://domain.com.au)is for featured for 30 days and then appears as Standard until sold.

Do you include a sign?

Not everyone wants a sign so we've made it an optional extra that can be ordered when submitting a listing or at any time afterwards. Our signs can be any dimension up to 1800mm x 1200mm and are delivered by courier for self-install. In some areas they can be professionally installed and removed - contact us for price and availability.
